Interview for Made Online Podcast

If anyone knows me, they know I like to talk! Seriously, I need someone to shut me up, not encourage me sometimes! Anyway, I was super chuffed to be asked by Hayley Hall (AKA London Beauty Queen) to feature on her 'Made Online' podcast!

Social Media Breaks

For the past few months I’ve really taken a step back from social media. This wasn’t planned, but with various algorithm changes and the resulting increased demand for content generation, it was all just getting a bit much.

I’ve been on social media since the very beginning and am usually a fairly early adopter of new platforms. Social media has definitely changed a lot over the years, however, and instead of being somewhere you shared whatever you want, it now requires far more thought and curation if your intention is to be successful.

How to Photograph Fashion Week

I’ve been going to fashion week for years, and I always see people making the same photographic mistakes season after season.

I often get asked by people about what camera they should buy, and when the majority of people are using Instagram as their main place to show their images, often my answer is something along the lines of ‘you can’t buy a bad camera these days’.

With places like eBay and Depop being filled with a whole host of second hand cameras, I was wondering what the pros and cons of old digital cameras are for everyday Instagram photography. I have almost all my old cameras, so I’m going to do a bunch of tests to see what is and isn’t viable in 2018.

How I Edit Photos When Travelling

I love travelling, and I’m so lucky that my job has taken me to some epic places around the world. Obviously it’s important for me to have all the tools I need to do my job, but it’s just as important to be able to travel light.

Over the past year, I’ve downsized and streamlined my travel workflow massively, whilst at the same time, increasing my time efficiency, and I thought I’d share my process with you lot.
