Fragrance Review - Dolce & Gabbana The One EDP

I’ve had Dolce & Gabbana ‘The One’ on my wishlist for ages, so I was super chuffed to unwrap this bottle as a Christmas present from Mum and Dad a few weeks ago. What’s even better is that this is the newer, fancier, more concentrated EDP version, which, in the words of Dolce & Gabbana offers “a deeper fragrance experience for the perfume connoisseur. Masculine and magnetic, this highly intense scent is a statement of charisma and sophistication.”

As I’ve mentioned in previous posts, I’ve been looking to increase the number of darker fragrances that are more suitable for the winter months, as well as some slightly more masculine vibes for evenings all year round. Fragrance Review - Davidoff Cool Water Wave

Davidoff Cool Water Wave is a summer 2017 flanker to the original 1988 Cool Water, a fragrance I’ve never actually owned, or even smelled. This time last year, out of he blue, I received an email asking if I wanted to try the new offering from Roja Dove... Elysium.

Notes & Noses - Expanding my Fragrance Arsenal

I wrote a while back about wanting to learn more about fragrance, and more specifically, get away from the typical man thing of having a single scent that I wear all the time, every day, for years and years!

I’ve found myself watching an increasing amount of fragrance review videos on YouTube, which is all well and good, but you can’t smell any of the recommendations through a screen. In an ideal world, I’d like to attend some sort of workshop to teach me more, but in lieu of that, I came up with a genius plan, which also had the added bonus of making use of some otherwise dead time!
