A bit late with my week 10 update, but thankfully I have all the notes, so here goes! I’m actually not sure what the end game of this is. I didn’t expect to feel as good as I do, so I’m not sure if it’s going to end. I’ve always said I’ll do it for as long as I feel good, or I just want to stop, and currently, neither of those are the case, so I guess I’ll be sticking at it for the foreseeable future.
This week marks the official 2 month point of eating zero carb carnivore, and aside from feeling great, the weight is literally just falling off me! I’ve been on a weight loss mission for years, but this is probably the easiest and most consistent period of weight loss I’ve had. I’m also able to eat more food than I was a year ago, which considering I have less mass, makes no sense using conventional wisdom. I’m also not getting ravenously hungry as much. I still get hungry, I mean I’m only human, but it’s not a raging hunger that consumes me. For the most part I can just ignore it and eat at a time that suits me, rather than arranging my whole life around food.
