No sooner am I off a plane from Monaco, I'm at CameraWorld Live in London, doing a seminar and several beauty demonstrations on the Olympus stand. It was a fun day, with lots going on throughout.
My seminar was right in the middle of the day, which was nice. I had a decent turnout, which included some familiar faces. It means a lot when people come back to hear me talk again. Partly because I love to talk haha, but mostly because it means I must be worth listening to!
Alongside my talk, I did five beauty photography demonstrations on the Olympus stand. Using the Olympus 40-150mm f/2.8 PRO connected to the OM-D E-M1 Mark II, and tethering to a big screen, I had my good friend and model, Rebecca Pearson, with hair and makeup by Petr Simon Fridrich from Tom Ford Makeup.
We did a very simple evolution between each demo, basically making the lips progressively darker, in order to keep things nice and easy. Furthering the simplicity, I stuck with a single light with a honeycomb grid, and a reflector. I've linked all the products below.
